BPTP Real Estate Ltd., established in 2003 is a new name and the increase in the real estate business. BPTP was incorporated under the Companies Act on 11 August 2003 as "Business Park Town Planners Limited under the Companies Act and received a business license to open on 19 August 2003. The name of our company was changed to "BPTP Limited", as is commonly known, and known as "BPTP" by our customers, sales of the organizers and the general public, under a special resolution of shareholders of our Company dated 17 July 2006 and a new certificate of incorporation was granted to our company by the Republic of China on September 16, 2006

BPTP promoter, Mr. Kabul Chawla, Faridabad identified as a potential growth area for development and conceptualized BPTP Parklands, our integrated township. BPTP began to acquire substantial land in Faridabad from 2005 and received the licenses for most of this land from 2005 to 2008, which helped us to restructure our fast track development projects for independent floors and allowed us to launch and sell our projects in market conditions in 2008 and 2009.
