Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority was incorporated one or Cnidus January 1, 1991 under the UP Industrial Area Development Act 1976. By law, systematic planning, organizational development, business operations, maintenance and transmission of the regulatory functions became the functions of the Greater Noida Development Authority. These functions, rather than being distributed among the different authorities in Greater Noida were given a single agency called the largest Noida Development Authority.
