Noida’s residential property market has a slew of options for end users and investors, especially in the mid-size category, at reasonable price tags. Wave Group will have ultraluxurious villas in its premier Wave City Center project in Sector 32, Noida. These villas will be based on the concept of green living. This will be an eco-friendly luxurious community with rainwater harvesting, solar-hybrid water heating and waste management systems, a spokesman of the firm said. The entry to villas is directly from the lower ground floor, with the cars going directly to the lower ground floor from the entrance-parking is right under the villas.
